Enrollment and Athletic Physicals

Enrollment:
All students grades PK4-12th grade
8:00AM -5:00 PM
New students will need to bring the following documentation: birth certificate, shot record, proof of residency (ex. utility bill), and CDIB card (if applicable).
An online enrollment option will also be available on July 30
Athletic Physicals:
1:00PM- 5:00PM
Available for athletes grades 5th-12th
Required for athletes grades 7th-12th
