Athletics and Activities Eligibility

Beginning the 2026-2027 school year, OSSAA requires a parent account for each student, in 7th through 12th grade, participating in any OSSAA sanctioned activities, including, but not limited to basketball, baseball, softball, golf, track, e-sports, academic team, etc.
For current students and new transfers, please complete the following steps:
Steps to Complete Your Account/Forms:
Access the Rank One Parent Portal: Visit the Rank One Parent Portal or download the Rank One mobile app. (https://rankone.com/parent)
Select "Online Forms."
Select the State: Choose Oklahoma.
Locate the School: Search for Caney Public Schools.
Create an Account: Create an account and "claim" your student by providing their name and student ID. (Student ID can be found in your ParentSquare Account or in Sylogist, the gradebook system, in the Student Records Portal)
Complete Required Forms: Fill out the necessary forms, including the OSSAA Eligibility Form 1 and OSSAA Eligibility Form 2.
Select "Online Forms."
Select the State: Choose Oklahoma.
Locate the School: Search for Caney Public Schools.
Create an Account: Create an account and "claim" your student by providing their name and student ID. (Student ID can be found in your ParentSquare Account or in Sylogist, the gradebook system, in the Student Records Portal)
Complete Required Forms: Fill out the necessary forms, including the OSSAA Eligibility Form 1 and OSSAA Eligibility Form 2.

Sports Physicals for Caney Athletes are scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 1:00pm to 5:00pm at the school and there is no cost to the student. Physical forms and other required documents will be available on that day. If you prefer to have the physical completed by a personal physician at a different time, the form is available at https://www.caneyisd.org/86670.
